Fever Ray Remix + Morse Code Mix

I’m sure 100% of the Panda Toes readership is familiar with Fever Ray. Half of the Knife, etc. What’s more, you’ve probably caught wind of her latest single (the astoundingly beautiful “When I Grow Up”) and its video. But what y’all might not know about is the Dan Lissvik remix. It blew me away immediately when I heard it a handful of days ago, and now I’ve got it for y’all to enjoy. I’d love to describe it, but I simply don’t have the words (generally I don’t write about songs ’cause I’m lazy, but this time I have the will but no way). So with that said, let your ears feast:
Fever Ray – “When I Grow Up (Version by Lissvik)” (Y.S.I.)
Fever Ray – “When I Grow Up (Version by Lissvik)” (zShare)
And I’ve got a DJ Morse Code mix for y’all to put on repeat as well. I haven’t listened to anything but his Can’t Forget Mac Dre mix while driving in the past week, so waking up to find his new Casino Heat 2 (gettin’ ready for W.M.C.) was quite a nice treat. Somebody do me a solid and hook it up with the first installment if it does in fact exist. OK. Thanks.
The Lissvik version is just magnificent
This morning I saw a license plate in the East Village, NYC that said MAC DRE–for reals~!
